The organ, a single manual instrument of 6 stops built under the name of
James Jackson, New York bearing the date 1820, as originally given to
Bethesda Presbyterian Church in Camden, S. C. soon after the church was
built. Liberty Hill Presbyterian Church purchased it in 1907 for $200. |

Old Waxhaw Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Memorial to
Andrew Jackson's mother. Distant relatives to the Caldwell family
(from the Craighead side) are buried here. The grave of
William R. Davie, commander of Patriot militia in the
Battle of Charlotte, is also located here. |

Jane and David Alexander at Lucy's Restaurant in Camden, S.
C. David, Mary Lynn's first cousin, graduated from N. C. State and
often rode Mary Lynn back from Charlotte to Meredith College which was
located down the street from N. C. State. David & Jane have three children
and four grandchildren. |
